The National Committee of the Bebras Competitions (NCBC) recognize that your privacy is important to you. The NCBC is committed to respecting your online privacy. We will apply appropriate protection and management of any personally identifiable information you share with us.

The information you submit will be kept confidential and with the highest standards of security once it reaches our server. Any personal information provided by you to the NCBC through the account creation process and through the process of registering for participating in a competition will only be used for the following purposes by NCBC:

(a) for maintaing the data required to ensure the integrity of users' records.  

(b) for ensuring your eligibility to participate in the competition. 

(c) for communicating with you either by email or snail mail for the purposes of the activities relating to the Bebras competition  only such as communicating your results and/or inviting you to the second round and/or inviting you to the awards ceremony and/or sending you the certificate of participation.   

(d) for advising you of other similar events and/or services organized and may be of interest to you.

Any personal information received from you will be retained by us and not sold or transferred or otherwise disclosed to any third party, individual or organization, unless such disclosure is required by law or other court order. We shall also give you the opportunity to remove yourself from any of our mailing lists at any time.
