If you cannot access your account, please check that:
- Username (= your email) is correct. You may have written it wrong, left a letter behind, reversed the order of some letters, put .cy in a gmail account or hotmail, etc.
- Your password is correct. If not, run “Forgot my Password”
Payment is only required if there is a participation fee for participation. In such a case, Enter the system with your codes and follow the instruction series: ACCOUNT/MY REGISTRATIONS/ <in the contest you see"/MORE/PAYMENT
PARTICIPATE IN THE COMPETITION
Make sure that you have registered in the correct competition and, where required, that you have paid the participation fee.
Refresh/reload your web browser and try again.
If you have paid the participation fee and, however, you cannot run the competition then this means that: your teacher or your parents registered you for the competition. In such a case, they may have used the same email for you and them. Ask them to change the email to the account they have set up for you.
If you cannot find the e-mail sent by the system, please check the following:
Wait a few minutes and look for e-mail from [email protected] in the inbox folder, trash folder, spam folder or junk folder. If you do not find it, you may be a hotmail user (Hotmal blocks/deletes messages from systems that use third-party communication services such as the "sendgrid" we use). In such a case, send an e-mail [email protected] explaining the problem you are experiencing.
If you want to change your class type/category, send an email to [email protected] with your details (name and ref#) indicating the correct information.
If you registered with a wrong email when you created your account it means that you will not have received an email from the system. Send an e-mail to [email protected] from your correct e-mail requesting its correction.
If your personal information is not correct, you can enter the system with your password and change them. If for any reason you cannot, email [email protected] with the items you want to amend.
